service agreement
Yay! You’ve located the least entertaining part of our program. We’ll make this quick.
This service agreement needs to be submitted by the Actor’s Representative - i.e., someone close to the participating actor, such as a family member, friend or someone who manages the funding for support under the actor’s NDIS plan.
Our Services
Full Spectrum Theatre offers theatre classes to kids on the autism spectrum (but you already knew that).
Payment Terms
The dates and price of your actor’s classes are on the invoice. All prices are GST inclusive (if applicable) and include the full cost of providing the services. By paying the invoice, you agree to the aforementioned dates and price. The exact class time will be confirmed in due course.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not given for absences (e.g. illnesses, holidays). However, if Full Spectrum Theatre is not a good fit for the actor, either party need only notify the other in writing, and we will refund the fees for future unused classes.
COVID Contingency Plan
If we are unable to run classes in person due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. lockdowns, illness) we will run virtual classes that are optimised for the online setting.
Behaviour
If a child’s behaviour seriously affects the safety or enjoyment of others, parents will be contacted and asked to make alternative arrangements, which could include you attending sessions with your actor.
Loss and Damage
Full Spectrum Theatre will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to attendees’ belongings.
