service agreement

Yay! You’ve located the least entertaining part of our program. We’ll make this quick.

This service agreement needs to be submitted by the Actor’s* Representative - i.e., someone close to the participating actor, such as a family member, friend or someone who manages the funding for support under the actor’s NDIS plan.

Our Services

Full Spectrum Theatre offers theatre classes to kids on the autism spectrum (but you already knew that).

Payment Terms

The dates and price of your actor’s classes are on the invoice. All prices are GST inclusive (if applicable) and include the full cost of providing the services.  Payment is required prior to the commencement of the term unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full Spectrum Theatre reserves the right to pause or cancel participation where fees remain unpaid.

By paying the invoice, you agree to the dates, fees, and terms outlined in this agreement.

For those paying via NDIS: Participants who are self-managed or plan-managed are responsible for ensuring their NDIS plan includes appropriate funding. Full Spectrum Theatre is not responsible for any unpaid fees due to insufficient or declined NDIS funding.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not provided for missed classes (e.g. illness, holidays, or other absences).

If Full Spectrum Theatre is not a suitable fit, either party may cancel participation by providing written notice.

Refunds will apply only to classes that have not yet commenced at the time notice is received.

Missed classes are not eligible for make-up sessions or credits.

emergency or disruption to classes

IfIf classes cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, venue closure, or other emergencies), we will notify families as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, alternative arrangements may be offered, such as rescheduling or online delivery.

Behaviour & SUPPORT NEEDS

If behaviours arise that significantly impact the safety or participation of others, we will work with families to explore appropriate supports or alternative arrangements.

You agree to provide relevant information regarding your actor’s support needs, medical considerations, and behavioural profile to support safe participation.

feedback & Complaints

We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously.

You can contact us at fullspectrumaus@gmail.com. Our full complaints policy is available on our website under “Policies”.

If a concern cannot be resolved, you may contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

LOSS, DAMAGE & PARTICIPATION RISK

While all reasonable care is taken, participation in activities is at the participant’s own risk.
